Complaints process

Complaints Process

We want to hear from you if something isn't working, whether that's about a session, a support worker, an invoice, or anything else.

How to make a complaint
You can contact us directly by phone, email, or text however feels easiest. Let us know what happened and what you'd like to see changed.

What happens next
We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to understand the issue and find a resolution. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our supports.

If you're not satisfied
You always have the right to raise a concern directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, at any stage you don't need to raise it with us first.
